Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Age Verification
All orders are subject to age verification. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at thegratefulheadboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
